Measuring for your new Armitas, Chinks, or Chaps - It will be helpful to have someone else take the measurements for you. They should be taken standing up with your boots on. A cloth tape is best suited for the circumference measurements, but you can do it with a string and a tape measure. A metal ruler or tape measure will work best for the length measurements. All circumference measurements should be taken snug but not tight. Step-in Armitas are not easily adustable, Chaps with zippers have no adjustment so great care needs to be taken when measuring. You should wear any normal riding atire when measuring. If you like a looser fit then I would suggest adding that slack to your measurement, generally I would add about 2" to each circumference measurement for a little looser fit. I will make these to the exact dimensions that you give me, so it is important to get it right. If you have any questions please email or call and I will be glad to help with the fit.
